Whilst you may find cheaper quotes, you won’t find better quality – something we weren’t willing to comprise when dealing with electricity, not to mention presentation of our house. We had one minor hiccup with a phone line, they were straight back out to resolve it at no cost. They always call on the way to the job and stick to the agreed times.

Can you install all types of light fittings?
Do I need to supply my own lights?
Not necessarily. If you’ve already found the perfect light fitting, we’re happy to discuss installing it. If you haven’t chosen your lighting yet, we can also help you understand what will work with your space and electrical setup before you buy.
Can you replace my existing lights with LEDs?
Yes. Upgrading older lighting to LEDs is one of the most common lighting improvements we carry out. Depending on your existing setup, we can replace old fittings or redesign the lighting layout if the current positioning isn’t giving you the result you want.
Can you put existing lights onto dimmers?
Sometimes. It depends on the existing lights and associated equipment. Not every LED fitting or driver is compatible with every dimmer, so we need to check what is installed before determining the best approach.
Can wall sconces be added to an existing finished wall?
Often, but this is where access becomes important.
If the wall is double brick (usually walls connected to the outside of the house), access is usually quite easy.
If the wall is single brick, we will have to cut into the wall to run a cable through. Then, you’ll need the wall to be plastered over and re-painted/tiled to finish the wall off.
Can you install lighting under kitchen cabinets?
Yes. Under-cabinet lighting can provide useful illumination across benchtops while also creating a softer atmosphere when the main ceiling lights aren’t required. Planning the wiring and switching carefully helps achieve a much cleaner finished result.
Can you install lights inside cabinetry or display shelving?
Depending on the cabinetry and lighting system, integrated lighting can be incorporated into shelving, display units and other joinery. Ideally this is planned before cabinetry is installed, but we can assess existing cabinetry to see what’s possible.
Can you install outdoor lighting?
Yes. We can install lighting for patios, alfresco areas, entrances, pathways and other exterior spaces. Outdoor fittings need to be appropriately selected and installed for their particular environment and exposure.
